What is your shipping policy?

Some products are made to order. Please allow 7-10 business days for order processing.

DOMESTIC

Free shipping on domestic orders. All domestic orders ship USPS first class mail and include tracking. Please allow up to 1 week for contiguous US packages and 4 weeks for Alaska and Hawaii.

INTERNATIONAL

We currently ship only to Canada, but that will change! We offer $8(USD) flat rate shipping. Please allow 6 weeks for international orders to arrive. Any customs charges, import duties, or other fess charged at the border are the buyer’s responsiblity.

What is your return policy?

PHYSICAL PRODUCTS

No returns at this time. Exchanges are allowed for items damaged in transit. Please contact Rabbits and Robots within 5 days of receipt of goods to schedule an exchange. Photo proof of damage may be required.

DIGITAL PRODUCTS

No returns or exchanges on digital downloads. Please note that we offer only knitting patterns. We do not offer any crochet patterns.

How do I order wholesale?

Please complete the Wholesale Request Form to receive the Rabbits and Robots line sheet and order form.

My package never arrived!

Please send a message via the Contact Form and provide your order number. The Rabbits and Robots team will reach out with further information.

Do you really make all of these yourself?

Yes! Rebecca spends a lot of time watching TV and listening to audiobooks while she knits. Contact her to find out what she was listening to when your critter was born.

Where can I see your kits in person?

Please check out the Events page for craft fairs in California and the Stockists page for retailers that carry Rabbits and Robots products throughout the US.

Are your plushies suitable for babies?

No. Because small parts such as plastic eyes and magnets are choking hazards, these toys are not recommended for children under 3.

What are your plushies made out of?

The majority of toys are made with yarn that is an acrylic/rayon blend. The tiny octopi are the one exception - some of them may be made of wool yarn. All toys contain 100% polyester fiberfill. The following toys contain plastic safety eyes: Snuggly Sloth, Snuggly Sloth Jumbo, Walrus. The following toys contain plastic wiggle eyes: Tiny Octopus, Baby Owl, Octopus. Sloths also contain neodymium magnets.

Do you take custom orders or commissions?

Yes! Please submit a Contact Form with the piece you would like to see knit. Custom art dolls start at $150.
