Can I learn to knit with your patterns or kits?

I have many beginner patterns and kits! They make a great second or third knitting project, when you are comfortable with the basic stitches and ready to learn new skills.

Are your patterns worked flat or in the round?

All of my patterns are designed to be worked in the round as much as possible. I do this for easy assembly - as little seaming and as few ends to weave in when you are finishing your toy.

Do you have how-to videos for knitting basics, like circular knitting, cast on, or increasing, decreasing?

Not at this time. There are many great tutorials already available on YouTube and other knitting sites to teach basic skills. I do offer how-tos for select pattern-specific techniques and skills. You can find them here.

What yarn would you recommend for your patterns?

Why don’t you recommend a specific type of knitting needles for working in the round?

My patterns are needle agnostic, meaning you can pick you preferred type of needles and technique for knitting in the round. I use either magic loop technique or double pointed needles, sometimes both within the same pattern! For me it really depends on the size of the pattern piece I’m working on.

Can I sell toys made from your patterns?

I grant licenses to sell toys on a case-by-case basis, as I also offer finished toys for sale. License price ranges from $25-$100 depending on pattern, intended use, and duration of use. Please contact me if you would like to license a pattern.
