What’s your shipping policy?

At this time, I ship in the U.S. only. I offer $5 flat rate shipping on most purchases.

Orders will ship within 7 business days of purchase.

If you are outside of the U.S. and would like to place an order, please contact me so I can calculate a shipping rate and send you a personal invoice.

What’s your return policy?

I accept returns/exchanges only for damaged items. Please notify me within 7 days of receipt of goods. Send your email to hello@rabbitsandrobots.net and include a picture of the damage.

Digital pattern downloads are final sale and not eligible for returns.
